Every Single Organism

Last Sunday our pastor was comparing the church to an organism – a living creation.
He explained that there are a couple things that every single organism has in common – they grow and they reproduce.
Feeling the need to emphasize the point I had just heard, Amy leaned over and whispered in my ear. “That includes us babes; that includes us.”
After a couple years of marriage she sure knows how to frame an argument. How can I disagree with science?
